It can also be advised to stay out of the sun from 10 am to 2 pm as that is when the sun is considered to be the highest in the sky and more directed downwards.
Keeping up with your body and checking your birthmarks and moles is important as well. If there are any changes you see, you want to be able to get it looked at as soon as you can.
